I wish I could rate 0 stars. They overcharge, don't tell you about costs when they "fix" the system until they are done, and to make it worse they don't even do what they are supposed to do. I tried to cancel earlier this year and they made the process a nightmare so I wasn't able to cancel at the time. We just had the alarm go off and they apparently weren't even monitoring because I was never notified by them. I called to see what happened and they said they never got the alert. So of course I requested to cancel and now have to jump through a bunch of hoops again. STAY AWAY
