strongly recommend avoiding LagoFast. I canceled my subscription, but they still automatically renewed it and charged me $4.59. I contacted their support team and asked for a refund. They eventually replied and admitted that I was eligible for a refund, but told me that a $2 processing fee would be deducted. After I posted a negative review, a LagoFast representative publicly responded and said they wanted to help, offered a refund or other compensation, and asked me to contact them directly. Now, despite all of this, LagoFast has charged me AGAIN this month. So to summarize: I canceled the subscription, contacted support, complained about an unwanted renewal, received a response acknowledging the issue, and yet they still charged my payment method again afterward. At this point, this is completely unacceptable. I should not have to repeatedly contact support just to stop being charged for a subscription I already canceled. I am requesting a full refund for the latest charge with no processing fee, and written confirmation that my subscription and automatic renewal have been permanently canceled. Until this is fully resolved, I cannot recommend LagoFast to anyone.
