I like the program
I like the program, but I’m overwhelmed by all of the information that is supplied. It is too much to be able to digest, reasonably within a specific period of time. The videos are overwhelming in the sense that they are consistently providing information. I think it would be best if they spread it out a little better and not bombard the new patrons with so much data. When you are starting a program, it’s necessary to take your time to embrace the new knowledge and the way that it is operated is just two too much.
