I received a product that was described incorrectly on the website . I tried to explain this to customers service who insisted I got the correct product. I said the website needs to change the description but again she insisted it was correct …. ….. However I was finally able to return the product for a refund . It was however an unpleasant exchange . Taking my business elsewhere .
