I initially found that some wiring diagrams were missing from the PDF I purchased. I contacted customer support, and they quickly helped me by providing a VirtualBox version of the GM Service Information system. It contains the complete wiring diagrams, and now everything works perfectly. Excellent customer support. Thank you!
