Feather Collection couch took 4 months…
Feather Collection couch took 4 months to arrive. Upon arrival the white glove delivery left boxes and trash all over the driveway. Buyer's remorse for sure - the most uncomfortable couch we've ever sat on. It sits super low to the ground so it's hard to get up off of, and the cushions hold no shape. Nobody wants to sit on this couch! For the money we spent on it, we expected much better quality and customer service.
