This company claims to have a 60 defect warranty, but will blame the customer for not properly handling or misusing the product and does not want to honor the warranty. I had my cup for less than 30 days and my silicone straw completely broke in half on a limited edition cup. They said they can replace it but it will be with a different color that doesn't match. On another cup I had the color started to come off within the warranty period I sent in pictures and they said there was nothing they could do. Don't offer a warranty if you aren't going to honor it.
