Very disappointing experience with Deodap. My order was delayed beyond the expected delivery date, and the tracking remained "In Transit" for a long time without any meaningful updates. Customer support only responded after I sent complaint emails. The WhatsApp support was not helpful in resolving my issue. To make matters worse, instead of delivering the parcel to my address, I was asked to collect it from the DTDC office even though I had already paid delivery charges. The product quality was also poor. Some items arrived damaged/broken, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, poor customer service, delayed delivery, poor communication, and unsatisfactory product quality. I would not recommend Deodap based on my experience.
