Disappointed/ Bad experience
I was really disappointed with my experience. The sizing is completely inaccurate, despite following the size guide and sizing up for more comfort. For a pair of shoes costing £142, I expected much better. To make matters worse, I then had to pay $45 (around £35) just to return them because they didn’t fit. So not only did I end up without the shoes, I also lost an additional £35 for returning them. For a company selling premium handmade shoes, I expected accurate sizing and a fairer returns process. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend WoodChuckSato based on my experience.
