Extremely frustrating cancellation process. Unlike any normal subscription service where you can simply click a button and cancel your membership, here you have to contact customer service by email just to request cancellation, which is already unnecessarily complicated. Even after clearly requesting cancellation, I had to send multiple emails because they refused to process it and kept requiring further replies. They even stated that my subscription would remain active if I did not respond again. A cancellation request should be respected immediately, not turned into a long and frustrating process designed to keep customers subscribed. Very disappointing experience — be careful before subscribing.
