Fair pricing, but severe delays and poor coordination with forwarders
JW Logistics offers competitive consolidation rates and basic photo updates. However, working with agent Rita Chen was a frustrating experience. Communication was very slow, and our cargo sat in their warehouse for two full months. Despite using an in-house Chinese agency for customs clearance, they struggled to coordinate with DSV—a major freight forwarder that other agents work with seamlessly. Fine if you are on a tight budget and in no rush, but not recommended if you need reliable operations and responsive support.
