Absolute Scam—They Shipped My Order to the Wrong Address and Refused to Refund Me!
Title: Absolute scam—Sent package to a completely different address and refused a refund!Avoid this company at all costs. I purchased grass seed from them on May 24, 2026. After waiting over a month with no delivery, I contacted them on June 30. Since July 14, I have been emailing them every single day because they provided fraudulent tracking numbers.The United States Postal Service (USPS) verified that the tracking number they gave me was delivered to a completely different address, not mine. Despite clear proof from USPS that I never received my order, customer service has spent weeks going back and forth refusing to issue a refund. This is the worst company and worst customer service I have ever dealt with.As a major heads up to anyone else: they advertise five bags of grass seed, but the entire shipment only weighs 64 ounces (4 pounds total). Total rip-off. Do not buy from them! I only gave them a one because I had to
