Refusal to cancel orders despite inaccurate lead time information
I have ordered the product with 3-4 weeks lead time on May 2026 , but the store have postponed me the shipment 3 times until Mid July and informed me still unknown the shipment date yet. Then I decide to purchase the product from other sellers instead and request to cancel the order, the store have not accepted to cancel the order and start the shipment to me on the end of July.
