Last year I bought 2 Fafrees F20 pro E-bikes. After 12 months one the bikes got problems with the electric motor. After contact with the fafrees support team and sending a video they send me a new backweel without any problem. Replacing the weel was very easy. We are very satisfied with the bikes!!!!
