Hard to cancel!
I did not feel that the product worked for me, so I cancelled. That is where the problem started. The company did not respond to my first cancellation request. They sent another unauthorized bottle and charged my account. Upon sending another email request for cancellation, they finally responded saying that I now took too long to cancel. UPDATE: They have now billed me for an additional unauthorized bottle and billed me AGAIN! Do not do business with this company, they just keep sending and billing. Very hard to cancel.
