Excellent customer service
We love our wet food pet feeder from Petlibro. When the product stopped working properly after one year, their website had helpful tips to try first. When those didn't resolve the issue, we were able to reach customer service by phone with only a couple of minutes of wait time. Our service agent determined the unit may need to be replaced. We sent a photo and a video to confirm it wasn't working properly, and they promptly sent us a replacement unit.
