Great e-bike and excellent customer service I am very satisfied with my PVY Z20 Plus. The bike feels solid, robust and well built, and it is very enjoyable to ride. It is practical for everyday use and leisure trips, and the folding design is useful for storage and transport. The motor provides good support, although the pedal assistance can engage a little abruptly at first. Once you get used to it, the bike is pleasant and easy to ride. One thing to consider is the weight. The bike is quite heavy, which also contributes to its sturdy and reliable feel. If you are not used to lifting heavy objects, two people may be needed to load it safely into a car. I would also like to highlight the excellent customer service. Jackson was always kind, helpful and attentive. He answered my questions clearly and made every effort to provide assistance and find suitable solutions. Overall, I am very happy with my PVY Z20 Plus and with the support I received. I would definitely recommend it.
