My order was delivered incomplete
My order was delivered incomplete, and getting Banggood to correct the problem was unnecessarily difficult. Several items I paid for were missing from the delivery. Instead of being able to speak with someone who could take responsibility and resolve the issue, I was pushed through AI-based customer service and repeatedly passed between different departments without a resolution. I had to provide proof that the order was incomplete and practically beg Banggood to send the merchandise I had already paid for. A customer should not have to fight this hard to correct a fulfillment mistake that was not their fault. My biggest concern now is trust. Why should I gamble on another order and simply hope everything arrives correctly? If something is missing again, I have every reason to believe I could end up going through the same frustrating process—or something worse. Banggood needs better quality control when orders are packed and, more importantly, actual human customer service capable of taking ownership of a problem instead of repeatedly transferring customers through an automated system. I eventually received the missing items, but that does not erase how difficult Banggood made the process. Based on this experience, I have very little confidence in placing another order.
