I found some of the instructions for use a bit confusing. But, most of all, the 30 day money back guarantee was useless to me. I used their "Help" chat to confirm that I had cancelled my subscription. I got no reply. I resent my message. No reply. My credit card has a $51 charge for their subscription. I tried calling the company associated with their physical address in Framingham, MA. No luck getting through by phone. Disappointing and costly.
