Nice products, but the shipping experience has been frustrating
I genuinely hope the product is worth the wait, but the overall purchasing experience has been disappointing. I placed my order in May with an estimated delivery date in mid-July. Since then, the expected delivery date has been pushed back week after week. As of today, the latest estimate isn’t until August 18—roughly a month later than originally promised. I understand that shipping by sea can be unpredictable, and delays happen. However, even after the shipment arrived on land, the delivery estimate has continued to slip with little communication and no meaningful way to track where the order actually is or when it will arrive. What added to the frustration was my interaction with customer support. When I first reached out, I was told my order had been “reshipped” because the original shipment did not meet Homary’s quality standards. Since this was communicated more than a month after my order had already been placed and shipped, I assumed an entirely new shipment was being sent. I was then told the replacement would ship once the product became available again. However, the tracking information never changed, leaving me uncertain whether anything had actually been reshipped or if my original order was still in transit. The messaging was confusing and ultimately created more questions than answers. Three months after placing my order, I’m still waiting. My kitchen renovation has been finished for over a month, and these items are the final missing pieces preventing the project from being complete. If you’re considering ordering from Homary, I’d recommend planning well in advance and being prepared for a delivery timeline that may be significantly longer than the estimate provided at checkout. I truly hope the product quality justifies the wait, but based on my experience so far, the purchasing and communication process has fallen well short of expectations.
