We booked flights that were continually cancelled and on each occassion offered a full refund. However because it was purchased through Expedia, Bo insisted refund obtained through booking platform. Each organisation insists that the refund is obtained via the other. The dispute continues after months and I've had to resort to a charge back from my credit card provider. Never again.
