I had an extremely disappointing experience with a Chime customer service representative named Alexander. Not only was he completely unhelpful, but he was also rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the call. Rather than listening to my concerns or making any effort to assist me, he spoke to me disrespectfully and ultimately hung up on me. No customer should be treated this way. I understand that not every issue can be resolved immediately, but there is never an excuse for being rude or disconnecting a call. I expect much better customer service from Capital One. I hope this interaction is reviewed and addressed so no other customer has to experience the same treatment.
