Great experience
Like probably many others, I was initially skeptical when I found out that the TEFL course from teacherrecord.com was completely free, no strings attached. I had looked at more famous paid TEFL courses before, so I wondered if there would be hidden or after costs or if the certificate would actually be useful or not. After completing the course, I found that it really was free!! I was able to study the all the course contents online, complete the necessary assessments, and receive an a real and digital TEFL certificate without paying for anything. The course covered all the fundamentals such as lesson scheduling, classroom management, teaching methods, and other things that are helpful for someone starting or improving their English teaching career. One thing I wish I had known beforehand is that "free" doesn't mean effortless. You still need to complete the course and assessments yourself, so you need to be prepared to put in the time and study. Honestly, I think teacherrecord.com is a worthy option if you're looking for an affordable (free) way to get started with TEFL. I would recommend it, especially to people who are new to English teaching or don't want to spend a lot of money on a certification before getting to actually start teaching.
