Never Received Revised Proof I Requested... Disappointed with product.
I'm disappointed with the final product I received. When I initially requested a proof, your team sent one over for review. I responded with specific changes and explicitly stated that I wanted an updated proof sent back to me for approval before the order was printed. Unfortunately, I never received a revised proof. Instead, the order was printed and shipped without my approval of the requested changes. As a result, the finished product is not what I expected. It's missing pages and the alignment looks off. I invested a good amount of money in this order, so I expected to have the opportunity to review and approve the final proof before production began. I'd appreciate an explanation of why my request for a revised proof was not followed, and I'd like to discuss how this can be resolved.
