I will NEVER order an appliance for delivery from Home Depot again. They tried delivering my appliance 3 hours prior to delivery time when I wasn’t at home. They called me from my driveway and I told them I wasn’t home since it wasn’t within the delivery window but could be back within an hour. They said ok. Then proceeded to take a picture and say my item was undelivered because we weren’t home. Now they won’t be able to deliver for 2 more days. We are canceling the order and demanded they refund the delivery fee since they messed up. 10 years ago we had a very similar experience and I should’ve learned from that. Never again!
