Disappointed: received 2024 unit, old charger, and no free return
I ordered a “KuKirin G4 2026” for €859 with the promise of the latest model. I received a unit with a 2024 nameplate, an old charger (2025 model, different casing than the 2026 version), and missing parts advertised in the offer. The battery loses capacity quickly – typical for an older cell. After filing a complaint, instead of resolving the issue, the store demanded more photos, claimed that “2024 in the VIN is not the production year”, but provided no factory documentation. When I requested a return, I was told I would have to cover round-trip shipping costs (around €150), despite the goods being non-conforming and complained about as defective. The website presents itself as the official KuKirin store, although in reality it is not, and customer support ignores the evidence (nameplate, differences in the charger). No proper response, no ethics. I do not recommend – you risk buying older equipment at a new price and having no option for a free return.
