I tried to cancel the services. The website said I could do it on line. That did not work, chat with robot and human failed to resolved the issue. I called and talked to multiple people and eventually found someone to cancel it. He said it was cancelled and I would get a pro-rated refund. A few days later I decided to check the credit card company and make sure. There I found that not only did I not get the refund, but they also charged me for another month of service. Do not do business with this company.
