Billed me and then sat on my order for a full week after “generating a mailing label.” Nothing happened until I sent a note demanding a refund if they weren’t going to send my order. No word, of course. Just suddenly there was a shipment. When it arrived, the bullshit note that if you didn’t video your unpacking, a claim would be denied (not literally that statement, but clearly the intent). Finally, I hadn’t seen the rest of their stock, but, yeah, trademark infringement everywhere as the posters above point out. “Fan inspired”? Bull. That’s not a thing.
