If I can give zero I give zero, please dont buy anything from Air Asia, thief, it has been almost 2 months they are not responding to the refund, booking failed but money deducted, no responsibility. This is very cheap company, they only have bot and reaching acting expensive uneducated CS is really annoying, keep on repeating the questions while all case has been there. this company is really problematic. I willl never use you and I will ensure to report this to Ditjen PTKN
