I hired Marble expecting legal guidance and consistent communication throughout my divorce, but my experience has been very disappointing. I’ve repeatedly tried to reach my legal team for updates and answers, yet I’ve received little to no response. I’ve also been charged over $3,200, including multiple additional fees that were not clearly explained. When you’re going through a divorce, you expect transparency and someone to guide you through the process; not to feel like you’re handling everything on your own. The lack of communication has been the most frustrating part. If you’re paying for legal services, you shouldn’t have to chase your own legal team just to get basic information about your case or an explanation of your bill. I hope Marble improves its client communication and billing transparency so future clients have a better experience.
