Outstanding Wolfbox warranty service support!
I was surprised the product had a warranty option. When filing the warranty claim, the service received was hassle free. There was an issue with the first replacement received, but Mark responded to that promptly by shipping another replacement. Prior to filing the claim, the product had been great to use. Hoping the replacement product provides continued positive use, if not, I trust Wolfbox would respond appropriately based on this experience.
