This company took my money and hasn't delivered my Pet Pro Grooming Tool that I ordered over 2 months ago. They said I need to figure it out with my Post Office even though I've tried and they have no record of the tracking number Elaboratey provided. They eventually provided a Fedex tracking number that looks official and says it was delivered on June 15th at 11:50am, but it doesn't even list the address. There is no record of it on my Ring camera that day, and also I work from home so I would've been here. I tried to file a claim with Fedex, but they said the Shipper needs to do this due to the type of shipping method they chose. I've reached out to Elaboratey asking them to please file the claim and even sent them the form, but I haven't heard back from them. The last correspondence I received from them was them telling me that it was delivered so I need to figure it out my end. That mindset is the worst customer service--until I either get a refund or a replacement, it is not resolved. Do not trust this company.
