Misleading marketing
Misleading marketing. They claim that they tell you upfront that it will be a recurring charge, but they don't. It's hidden in the info AFTER you purchase it. I immediately sent them an email stating I did not consent to a recurring charge and was basically informed after a few back and forth emails that you can't have the service unless you consent to the recurring charge. Also they couldn't find a record of my email address, although they were already sending spam to it. I was not given an account number and it wasn't in my profile on the app. I had to prove they charged me by sending a screenshot. To me that's a scam. I ended up getting my credit card involved so I could cancel and get a refund, since you cannot just get 3 months worth. If you don't want to pay for this service forever, you can't get it. Also a dubious business model. I had tried it for one day and it had egregious errors in the app. Wrong spellings, didn't seem to even understand m vs f adjective agreements. Basically worthless program. Did not adapt to the learner by giving a test to start from and then expand curriculum from there. SAVE YOURSELF
