Hidden policy fees $50 every 6 months
After reviewing my policy directly with Progressive on the phone, they confirmed that I have been charged $500 .00 over the course of 5 years, thats $50. Every 6 months to renew the policy They also confirmed that our Silverado had higher coverage than I had requested, which was the Texas state requirement for PIP coverage at the time the policy was opened. This resulted in an additional increase of approximately $2,500 over the past 5 years. I was not made aware of these charges on my policy. In addition, I was informed that a one-year policy is available through Progressive, which you previously told me was not available. Progressive has noted my account and made the changes to reflect my original request. I find this highly deceptive. As senior citizens, we feel you took advantage of us. Please cancel my policy at the end of the policy term you wrote, which we were also unaware you wrote, as we believed Progressive wrote it. I will be reporting this incident and the deceptive actions of your company and agent to the Texas Attorney General and other state agencies. In addition, I've reached out multiple times through your app with no response. I've also since researched the BBB complaints and there are countless complaints registered, which includes my recent complaints. I highly recommend anyone to be cautious of this company
