I bought a chair that I later than decided to cancel and get a refund. Normally companies will say it’s too late even if I ordered it five minutes ago, but a customer service agent Morgan was super helpful and trying to find other chairs that I would like better so that we wouldn’t have to cancel. He was super friendly, had great customer service, and didn’t hassle me for anything and was OK when I just wanted my money back a lot of companies don’t do that. They have great product products though, so I will be buying from them in the future and I suggest you do as well!
