Amazing Support Saved Our Game Night!
We use Indifferent Broccoli to host a Palworld server for our group of friends, and their support tonight was incredible. Our server went down and would not come back online despite multiple restart attempts. I submitted a support ticket at 7:45 PM, received a personal response within two minutes, and our server was back online by 8:00 PM. They even followed up to let me know they were there to help if it went down again. When you have friends in different time zones who have all planned a specific night to play together, server issues can be incredibly disappointing.
