Straight and to the point
Straight and to the point. Had two issues. Card expired, was given link to update, and done. 2nd issue was the harder pill to swallow. I am on the starter plan. I thought since my card expired I'd be able to upgrade to plus plan as I updated my card info. That way the higher plan would only be charged. Apparently the system can't do that. So it's set up to upgrade next renewal date. A month away.
