It was poor and no service from the staffs at OSIM. If the staffs are not happy they should not work in the store. We were left alone most of the time and seems like the staffs were reluctant to allow us to use the machines. Even the machines are not used by any customers. What kind of service is this? OSIM brand is out for me now. We visited the store at 1.55pm on 02 AUG and now 2.01pm the machines are available which you may look at the CCTV. My mobile is 9699 9963
