Horrible customer support said I had duplicate accounts cancelled my redemption after approving my kyc and the cash out went to claim in email and they cancelled it. I made an account long time ago but never used it never kycd it never even downloaded a game I did nothing on the account lost access to that email bc changing devices so had to make new account with new email I made purchases to progress faster completed multiple tasks even spoke to support multiple times nothing was ever mentioned at all until I went to redeem and claim it in email AFTER IT WAS APPROVED ALONG WITH KYC APPROVED AS WELL. They kept my money as well as the redemption and closed my account I will be contacting my bank to issue charge backs on every purchase made these people are thieves DO NOT USE THIS SCAM APP THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR WARNING BUT HAVE NO ISSUE TAKING YOUR PAYMENTS ITS DISGUSTING
