I have purchased the D2 when it first launched and I have had an amazing experience with it. All of my prints have been an amazing quality. Yesterday on 8/1/26 I had ran into an issue and my white ink was smearing and messing the design up. I then reached out to support and was connected to Lious and he was very kind and patient with me. I explained to him exactly what my concern was and what I had done to try and fix the issue, Lious was able to walk me through everything step by step and problem resolved and I was back to printing quality designs in no time
