Terrible. Ordered an rc plane which literally caught fire when I plugged in the battery. Contacts customer service. “Please send us pictures” “not good enough, send a video” “not good enough, send another video”. “We are investigating” we are escalating”. Basically, they will give you the run around for weeks hoping you’ll just give up. Never again!
