Complete waste of money – Bike stolen in minutes
● Product Quality: Completely ineffective. The lock was easily cut right in half by thieves. ● Security & Reliability: Failed to protect a 600£ bike, which was stolen from outside because the lock offered zero real resistance. ● Customer Support: Terrible. Sent a message and review to the company regarding the theft and failure of the product, but received absolutely no response or support. Do not buy this lock if you actually care about your property. My brother used this to secure his 600£ bike outside, and it was cleanly cut in half by thieves with no trouble at all. It provides a false sense of security and completely failed when it mattered most. To make matters worse, when we reached out to the company to report what happened and share our experience, we were completely ignored with zero customer service or response. Avoid this brand entirely!
