Do NOT Buy: Completely Failed to Protect My Bike
I am writing to report that my bike was stolen after the folding chain lock I bought from your company broke open. I purchased this lock in good faith, expecting it to protect my bike, and I am extremely disappointed by its failure. This theft has caused me a significant financial loss. I contacted the company but I didn't receive any response from them to know if they offer any theft guarantees or compensation due to a failed lock.
