Annual fees was suppose to be billed in january they doubled them and billed them in agust without a notice . Can not get anyone on phone to discuss. Have written emails saying annual fees was in january and only january . Customer service is awful takes forever to get through . Do not use this compnay. Fraudulent, liars, thieves. .. no notification and how when my contract says annual fee did it turn into biannual , and double in price .
