VortexHaus, stepped up to the occasion! I purchased the 2 for deal and 1 box was slightly damaged upon delivery. After opening the damaged box , weeks after purchase, the tool had some damage. (How with that impressive packing they do?) I contacted warranty and they took care of it immediately! Most impressive customer service to say the least!!!!! I recommend highly. Sincerely- a happy customer
