OffGamers is one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I paid for an order, but the order was never completed. I received nothing. When I asked for my money back, their customer service refused to refund my payment and tried to force me to accept useless store credit. Seriously? You take my money, fail to provide the product, and then tell me my money can only stay inside your platform? What kind of ridiculous business practice is this? I don't need your store credit. I don't want to buy anything from a company that treats customers like this. My money is not your platform balance, and you have no right to trap customers' money in your system. This is a disgusting customer service experience. OffGamers clearly does not care about customer satisfaction, only about keeping customers' money. Think twice before buying from OffGamers. If something goes wrong, don't expect a fair solution.
