A friend had broken an item before I'd even opened the package so I placed an order to replace it. Then I realized that I somehow had selected my old shipping address. I sent an email to Ashlen and right away received a reply that they corrected the shipping to my new address. Then Angelo kept me updated while awaiting delivery and checked in to ensure the product had been delivered. It was less than 10 days from start to finish. And my selenite sticks are perfect.
