Personalized recommendations
They saw my order and noticed that there was a better quality item that met the exact same needs of what I was ordering. They took the time to call me directly and explain the recommendation. This showed me they truly believe in their products and the outcomes of their work. They want the best for the customer. I truly appreciated it. When I need to order items for printing, I will go through them for sure!
