Processing & delivery time better…
For the first time in 3 years my order was delivered in a timely manner- within 2-3 days, matching the efficiency of places like Chewy. I was going to cancel due to my past experience of waiting 7+ days from ordering to delivery. Your product is great, but you need(ed) to get better at processing an order and delivery.
