If you want them to stop billing your account put A STOP PAYMENT for ADT through your BANK ACCOUNT. They won't stop taking money. The company trains their personnel to keep you hostage. 1th they compliment you for loyalty then either berate you, offer repairs or lower payments, and try to sell you new equipment. Most of the staff is nice, just be nice and STOP ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY.
